Vendors should respond promptly to accepted opportunities and avoid accepting requests they cannot reasonably service.
Accurate Availability and Pricing
Vendors should provide honest availability, realistic timelines, and clear pricing or quote expectations.
Documentation
Where applicable, vendors may be asked to provide business license information, VAT certificate information, proof of work, service categories, and coverage areas.
Network Integrity
Fraudulent behavior, fake claims, abusive communication, repeated ghosting, or misuse of the system may result in review, restriction, or removal from the vendor network.
