When a customer submits a service request, our system automatically distributes the opportunity to available vendors in a structured and fair manner.
Each opportunity is initially shown to a limited group of vendors. Those vendors can either accept the opportunity or allow it to pass if they are unavailable or uninterested.
If the opportunity is not accepted, it can automatically move to the next available vendors in the network until a match is made.
To help ensure fairness, our system is designed to rotate distribution so opportunities are shared across the vendor network rather than repeatedly favoring the same businesses.
Is OnCall242 free?
OnCall242 is completely free for customers to use.
Vendors pay a small fee per accepted customer opportunity. Vendors are only charged once they actively accept an opportunity.
Compared to the potential value of a completed job, the cost per accepted opportunity is designed to remain affordable and practical for small businesses.
During our early testing and rollout stages, some opportunities may be offered free of charge.
